In my last post I mentioned that my grandmother was in her final days here and I just wanted to let everyone know that she went home to Jesus on May 1, 2010. It was very peaceful and she was surrounded by all her children and some of the grandkids. She will be forever missed and always in our hearts. I have learned so many things from her from cooking to life in general! Thank you all for your prayers, and please continue to pray for my family as it will take some time for us to fully return to our normal lives without her. RIP Grandma! I love you! (pictures were taken July 4, 2009 Grandmas 82nd Birthday!)

Awesome post! I love the one of her and Dominic watching the fireworks inside; what a conversation that must have been. But you can see it in her eyes how much she enjoyed it!
