The past four days we went camping at Bass River. It was such a wonderful time! Just me, Danny and the kids quality family time! We took the kids on their first float trip and learned that I can not paddle a boat that there is more to it than just sticking the paddle in and rowing. The kids spent many hours riding their bikes and playing in the river. Danny and the kids went swimming in the pool one afternoon. (it was to cold for me so I sat out). The week was great but also bittersweet! First Matthew is no longer useing training wheels, the roads are not paved and he got mad because he couldn't ride his bike. He took his bike to Danny and said "take off my traing wheels" Danny took them off, he picked up the bike and was off. Ten minutes later he was popping wheels and riding down hills! Then when we were giving our boarding pass for the float trip I only had 2children, Michael is now considered a youth! Where is the time going? It made me realize that these little trips are so very important and to cherish every moment with my husband and kids! (in the pics notice me wearing the jacket at the side of the pool! Something wrong about that! But Danny said the water was plenty warm! Then look for Matthew's hiney, he was having swim trunk issues!)

Happy Birthday/Fourth of July
The Fourth of July also happens to be my Grandma's birthday so every year we all go to grandma's do fireworks, bbq and just have fun. It is fun for me to see my kids doing and enjoying some of the things I did as a kid. Playing in the woods, playing ball with Uncle Ray and PaPa and of course the fireworks. This year Michael was able to do a few more things and a little more independent, Miranda liked the smoke balls and Matthew even did a couple (with help)! And we all enjoyed the sparklers and the night time fountains! I just want to say thanks for having us over and Happy Birthday Grandma! I love you!
Baseball 2008
This year was an exciting year for Michael in baseball. He moved up to the minor league and began to work on skills. One of the neatest thing is all the boys on his team have been on the same team since tee-ball and Michael and 3 others even went to the same pre school. And yet again I did not get a bunch of pictures I will just have to get more next year.
