Made it through first week

We survived the first full week back to school. Michael said "Second grade rocks". And Miranda thinks she should be promoted to first grade since she already knows her letters, colors and numbers. Has hectic as it was it was not as bad as I thought. Matthew is very lonely during the day with out brother and sister to entertain him but he made it through. We did painting in the park on Tuesday and visited a friend on Thursday hopefully he gets used to them being gone and will start to find ways to entertain himself if not it will be a long year!

My first blog

This is my first blog. I was turned on to it by my sister-in-law from Indiana and figure this will be a good way to keep in touch with them and other friends that live in other states. The older kids are now in school. My little girl is already in kindergarten and man I miss her when she is gone. We always used to do everything together. But I still have my baby at home for at least 2 more years then he will be off to pre-school.

Michael is in 2nd grade and so very independent, he just wants to help with everything. He is such a good big brother to both Miranda and Matthew.

We have no exciting news to speak of just yet. Still doing the same old thing. I stay home and take care of the kids and am loving every minute of it!(well maybe not every minute but most of them.)
