Whats New With You?

Okay so its been a while, here is a brief summary of our last couple months! The kids have returned to school, Michael is in 6th grade and doing wonderful, he has been voted in to student council and seems to be popular and well liked! Miranda is in 4th grade and is also doing great. She is reading at a 7th grade level, taking dance, and just busy being a girl, and then Matthew, Matthew is in 1st grade and doing awesome, he seems to really enjoy school and being with his friends. He and Michael are getting ready to start wrestling this fall, so our weekends will be pretty occupied with tournaments. Danny is busy with hunting, fishing working and things around the house, and I have returned full time to the work force! I now work Mon-Fri, and it is a big adjustment for all of us. And just because things weren't crazy enough we have gone and added a puppy to the family. He is 5 months old and his name is Joey. He is a shit zu/yorkie mix and is the cutest puppy ever! And he has only bitten one kid one time! And it was because Matthew was down on all fours acting like a dog and barking at him!(so really not Joeys fault!) That is our life in a quick run down! I will post pictures later from home! But for now I must get back to work and answer some more phone calls!

Summer

Okay so its been a while since I have posted so lets see if we can catch everyone up! Our summer has been a busy one! I am now a working mom working evenings and weekends. Miranda and Michael have both done their first stay at week camp, and Matthew is doing day camp and a wrestling camp! Both of the boys finished baseball and Danny has been working, and a trip to Canada. And we have been visiting friends and having fun! And somewhere in there we have managed to get a little bit of sleep!

Goodbye Grandma

In my last post I mentioned that my grandmother was in her final days here and I just wanted to let everyone know that she went home to Jesus on May 1, 2010. It was very peaceful and she was surrounded by all her children and some of the grandkids. She will be forever missed and always in our hearts. I have learned so many things from her from cooking to life in general! Thank you all for your prayers, and please continue to pray for my family as it will take some time for us to fully return to our normal lives without her. RIP Grandma! I love you! Easter 2010

This Easter we spent the day at Grandma's. It is extra special because this year Grandma has gotten very sick and will be going home to our Savior soon. I am going to miss her more than I can imagine, but I have comfort in knowing that she will no longer be in pain and that I dont have to say good bye, I can say see you later! I love you grandma and will always cherish the memories!

Spring 2010

This spring has been quiet busy! With two boys playing baseball, me looking for a job and just all the other stuff I have barely had time to think so in a nut shell! Both boys are playing ball, I am looking for a job, Michael has been doing shows with the sweet 16 group at school and Matthew celebrated his 6th birthday. This weekend we are taking him to his very first St. Louis Cardinals baseball game! The one and only thing he wanted for his birthday. I hope he is not disappointed! And I managed a road trip with my sister, mom and grandma to NC to see my brother and becky renew their wedding vows!
